3. Patient Responsibility

Patients are expected to provide accurate medical history, details of existing ailments, and follow pre-surgical/post-operative guidance issued by our microscopic OTs and ophthalmologists.

4. Payment & Billing Policies

Fees for out-patient diagnostics (OCT, fundus photography, biometry) and microscopic surgeries must be cleared at the primary cash counter before initiating the respective clinical procedures. Transparent pricing catalogs are available upon request.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Jharkhand and the national medical guidelines of India.
